Reservation Procedures and policies
Rates Add 14% sales and tourism tax to all rates & specials. Daily rates (based on a three night minimum stay) and Summer Specials apply to advance reservations made before May 1st and are subject to change without notice thereafter. Efficiencies are rented for a minimum of seven nights for the month of July and August – starting on Saturday or Sunday. Rates and specials do not apply to groups, conventions or special events. Reservations are not accepted per internet. Please call to confirm availability before mailing in your deposit.
Deposit applies to the last day of your reservation. Alterations and changes on arrival and departure dates will result in loss of deposit. Misrepresentation will result in loss of deposit and cancellation of reservation. No penalty for adding on extra days. Deposits are non-refundable, nor transferable. Personal checks are accepted as advance deposit and must be received 30 days prior to check-in date. No refund on early departures.

Balance due on arrival in cash, travelers checks, money order, MasterCard or Visa. Personal checks are not accepted on arrival.
Discounts All Rates & Summer Specials are cash discounted and apply to cash, money order or travelers checks. Credit card payments do not qualify for a cash discount. Specials are not valid with credit card payments and cannot be combined with other discounts.
Check-in after 3 P.M. Check-out before 11 A.M.
All rooms non-smoking. All violators will be subject to minimum of $100 cleaning charge plus any damages that may occur. No stereos. No pets. Free parking (one car per unit).
Reservations held until 6 P.M. unless otherwise noted.
